The Safmarine Way On-boarding programme helps maximize the contribution of our newcomers to Safmarine and minimizes any feelings of uncertainty when joining a company.
New employees learn to understand Safmarine’s vision, goals and values, personnel practices, health and safety rules, and of course the job they're required to do, with clear methods, timescales and expectations.
Each new starter will go through a 2-day On-Boarding module, focusing on ‘The Safmarine Way’ attitude.
