Ways Global Logistics is a China-based international freight forwarding company with its head office located in Shanghai. Ways Global provides a freight forwarding, warehousing, trucking and custom clearance service.We are active in the Africa and the Middle East freight markets.

Ways Global was established on July18, 2004 in Shanghai, China.

We have 185 full time employees (as at October 2009) and we have 15 offices in China.

Our customer base comprises small and middle size exporters (manufacturing and trade) plus African and Gulf buyers. Our customers are based in China, Africa and the Middle East.

Our company values are: teamwork, putting the customer first, working hard with heart and facing challenges with passion.

We enjoy dealing with and learning from different people.

Reputation is one of the biggest challenges in this industry! As a local forwarder we have to work hard to be recognised by shipping lines.

The customer always expects better service, so great customer service is about managing expectations.

When dealing with shipping lines we look for easy working procedures; shipping lines who are easy to do business with and who are able to respond to our ever-changing environment will get our cargo. This is one of the important factors when choosing a shipping line.

• My wife Villa and I have two daughters, Essie (12) and Elle (2)
• I enjoy playing badminton and my hobbies include photography. I also enjoy traveling especially to East Africa where we (Villa and I) recently trekked on Mt Kilimanjaro.
• I admire my parents, as my father always holds my mothers hand when they cross the road.
